We’re very impressed to see Peter
James’ latest Roy Grace Thriller Dead
Man’s Time remain at the No 1 slot in the UK paperback charts for the second week.
Peter James is one of the
UK’s biggest selling crime-writers, and one of the hardest working. This included him serving [an unprecedented] two
years as Chair of The Crime Writers
Association.
Like his character of the Brighton PD, Peter survived a very close call. Thankfully he is well on the road to recovery following the very
serious car crash he survived earlier this year.
The Shots Editors have been
avid readers [from way
back] of these dark tales of Brighton ’s
criminal underbelly, and would urge you to explore his latest, which can be
read as a stand-alone. The only problem is that once you've read one, you’ll be
back for more, and more. With the Roy
Grace TV
series in pre-production, it’s time to head to the source material, the bookshelf, and the eReader to see what all the fuss is about.
Here’s Peter James talking
about his latest –
Shots Magazine’s online book
store is offering DEAD MAN’S TIME here
with over 50% off the RRP.
Incidentally
Peter’s
Roy Grace novels are making waves in America following his Barry
Award win last year, and the critical acclaim for his techno thriller PERFECT
PEOPLE, so if you’ve not explored the dark side of Brighton, perhaps it’s
time you did.
