At 6.30pm on 11th October, come and hear three authorities talk about the life and works of Agatha Christie.

Sophie Hannah is an internationally bestselling writer of psychological crime fiction. In 2014, with the blessing of Agatha Christie’s family and estate, Sophie published a new Hercule Poirot novel, The Monogram Murders, which was a bestseller in more than fifteen countries. In September 2016, her second Poirot novel, Closed Casket, will be published.

John Curran is a lifelong Christie fan. For many years he edited the official Agatha Christie Newsletter and acted as a consultant to the National Trust during the restoration of Greenway House, Dame Agatha’s Devon home. John has been working with her grandson, Mathew Prichard, to establish the Agatha Christie Archive, and is currently writing a doctoral thesis on Agatha Christie at Trinity College, Dublin.

Julius Green is the founder of The Agatha Christie Theatre Company, which celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2015. In 2001 he produced the twelve-week Agatha Christie Theatre Festival, presenting a repertoire of the complete stage works of Agatha Christie, as then known. Julius’ latest book is Curtain Up:Agatha Christie  A Life in Theatre, which was published in 2015 as part of the Agatha Christie 125th anniversary celebrations.
